Most of you might already know that I've recently injured my wrist so I have been practicing lately without putting pressure on my wrist. In this class, I'll take you along my wrist-free flow and I rate this between intermediate and advanced level. But like I always say, the difficulty level is relative depending on one's background.

Peak Level 3 is how I would rate this flow for peak poses. It doesn't mean that there are only 3 peak poses, but it could be between 3 and 6 or more depending on the difficulty level of the asana. This is mainly how I rate my own flows.

There are no inversions on this class but mainly focusing on balance and will work on improving our proprioception.
